Last week I took a two day class (total of 8 hours) from Andrew Clark, a wedding photographer in Denver, CO. It is a very informative class, both from the perspective of actual shooting, but also from a business perspective. It is extremely useful to get the insights of such an enormously successful and talented photographer.

worshop over the past few weeks. yesterday, the last class
in the session, was absolutely amazing. we worked with a model
both in the studio and outside within our instructor's property
in the pristine mountains of colorado.

I'd been to the
1 hour lecture group class with 30 or more folks asking how
to use a point and shoot camera's "scene" modes. æIt did nothing
for me. æI had just bought a DSLR and I wanted to understand
the broader principles of photography as an art and its mechanics.
Efrain's class was a perfect marriage of the science and art
of taking compelling photographs, with hands-on instruction
including weekly feedback and outside and in-studio photo
shooting.
Efrain is caring and attentive as well as extremely knowledgable.
æThe class consisted of about 10 students and all of us brought
some degree of motivation because of the investment required.
æThe coursework was not scary but at the same time challenged
me with its weekly assigments and group review of student
images.
