What equipment will you need? Well, for starters you'll need your camera, beyond that, the rest is up to you. Below is a list of recommended items.

Can I bring a friend?
Yes, the more the merrier.

Do I need a special camera? ie. DSLR?
No. Many have brought point-n-shoot cameras and have had great success.

Do I need a tripod?
Although a tripod is recommended for sharp images during a long exposure, you can get some neat results by blurring your photos (on purpose).

What if I have never shot at night before?
Instructors and veteran night shooters will be there to answer any questions you might have. We're a sharing bunch and are happy to help out. If you would like deeper training on the use of your camera, we offer many classes: click for our workshops.

How much do you charge for this outing?
As usual, these monthly outings are free. Contributions are accepted but not necessary. This is an opportunity to meet other photographers and share in your passion for photography. We're doin' it just for fun.

What time and where are we meeting?
We'll meet just before sunset, about 5pm. For further details on meeting place, please RSVP.
