| Hello Friends,
Heat wave, when did it get so hot?.
Considering the recent record tempertures,
you might enjoy being indoors this weekend. Well, you're
in luck. We have three classes starting this weekend,
all at our air-conditioned studio in central Denver.
Starting at 9am on Saturday, we have
Portraiture
& Lighting, a great class where you'll
learn lighting basics, controlling light output, direction
and intensity. You'll have a chance to work with professional
models. This 3-day workshop covers many of the lighting
topics that may have been keeping you from getting your
best photos yet.
At Noon on Saturday, Peter Bryson is
starting Lightroom
101: Introduction. Don't let the name confuse
you. You will not only be introduced to Lightroom,
you will follow along, by the end of class you will
be able to use this powerful program with confidence
and proficiency.
At 9am on Sunday, T.S. Robinson starts
Travel
Photography. In this class, TS, shares
with you his extensive experience as a travel photographer.
He will pass on advice for planning your travels and
photographic tips on making your photos more than just
snapshots. One of the best parts of this class is the
hands-on photo session with TS.
With all the great classes starting
this weekend, you don't have an excuse not to expand
you photographic knowledge with Illuminate
Workshops.
You may already know that we have two
free photography events that you're invited to participate
in. The next Night
Photowalk is June 12th and the next Community
Critique is July 17th. I hope you're RSVP for an
upcoming free event.
Thank You for your support and Happy
Shooting,
