Hello Photo Enthusiast,
Digital photography has made many more
us more active as photographers and better photographers
as a result. In the years since digital photography
became available to the public, we've consumed every
aspect of it, making many beautiful, wonderful photographs.
As a result of this, we all have a great
many images strewn throughout our computers in hard
drives, on CDs, DVDs and across many folders that we
can't find. Many of us have thousands if not ten of
thousands of images in our image library which could
be better organized.
Adobe
Lightroom is tool which makes all this easier. Lightroom
is designed to help photographers keep their photos
organized, easy to find and ready to view; no matter
where they may be on your computer system. Lightroom
is a very powerful program, with it you can touch-up
your photos, make slideshow presentations to share with
friends and family, you can even post photos online,
right from Lightroom. For novice and professionals who
use Photoshop, Lightroom makes your workflow much more
productive when used together.
This week, Nathaniel Coalson will give
a class on this very powerful program. If you're stymied
by your photo library and would like a better solution.
If you have Lightroom and need to understand it better,
this
3-hr workshop is for you. In this class, you have
the opportunity to work on your own computer with your
own images. If you need a computer during class, one
can be provided for you.
Next week, Andrew Clark is having his
Wedding
Photography class. If you've been interested in
learning wedding photography, the technique, the marketing
and how to get started, Andrew Clark will again have
this popular class on November 5th. This class is more
than worth the cost of attendance, not only for the
huge wealth of information that Andrew will pass on
to you, but also for the wedding reference he promises
to every student of his classes. The referral is a $1,500.00
value and a great way to get started in your own business.
Also coming this week: Photoshop
Advanced starts on Thursday. Next week, Photoshop
Beginner and on November 15th, Photographing

Happy Shooting,
