| You can register for any photography class, workshop or event by calling (720) 324-0111.
A) We require a 50% deposit or full payment of tuition to hold your place in a class.
B) If you cancel your registration seven or more days before the start of the class your payment is fully refundable.
C) If you cancel within 6-days of the start of class, time there will be a $50 cancellation fee.
D) If you fail to appear to class, the entire payment is forfeited.
E) We accept registrations until the class starts or until the class is filled. Classes may be cancelled or postponed based on enrollment.
Most of our classes have low participation limits to ensure an appropriate student/teacher ratio and that there is enough equipment. If a class is full, you can be placed on a waiting list for the next offering.
Policy for Makeup Classes
In the event that a student misses a scheduled class session due to illness, business or emergency, Illuminate Workshops offers a makeup class for registered students.
In order to quality for Makeup class you must:
A) Attend the first day of class.
B) Inform us via email at info@illuminateworkshops.com that you are unable to attend for emergency reasons.
C) RSVP via email for the makeup session you would like to attend. Student is solely responsible to be aware of coming classes.
Note that all classes are subject to cancellation or rescheduling pending class enrollment. Should a class be canceled or rescheduled due to low enrollment, makeup students are invited to take a class the next time it is offered. Makeup classes are limited to the same class of registration and not transferrable to a different course. If space is limited, students making up a class may be bumped to the next offering. The Makeup Class policy is not a guarantee that a class will be offered again in the future. Expiration of makeup class is six months from the oiginal class date.
