| You can register for any photography class,
workshop or event by calling (720) 324-0111. We require a
50% deposit or full payment of tuition to hold your place
in a class.
If you cancel your registration seven or more days before
the start of the class your payment is fully refundable. If
you cancel after that time there will be a $50 cancellation
fee.
If you fail to show to the class, the entire payment
is forfeited.
Please contact us if an emergency or unforseen illness has
prevented you from attending class, as we have the ability
to work with you in those cases.
We accept registrations until the class starts or until the
class is filled. Most of our classes have low participation
limits to ensure an apporopriate student/teacher ratio and
that there is enough equipment. If a class you wish to register
for is full, you can be placed on a waiting list in the event
that space should open up for that class.

Policy for Makeup Classes
In the event that a student misses a scheduled class session
due to illness, business or emergency, Illuminate Workshops
offers a makeup class for registered students. In order to
take advantage of a makeup class students must RSVP for a
future class as posted on the class calendar.
Note that all classes are subject to cancellation or rescheduling
pending class enrollment. Should a class be canceled or rescheduled
due to low enrollment, makeup students are invited to take
a class the next time it is offered. Makeup classes are limited
to the same class of registration and not transferrable to
a different class. Expiration of makeup class is six months
from the original class date. |
